(1)Mechanical three roll symmetrical type
Performance characteristics:
The structural form of the mechanical three roll symmetrical plate rolling machine is a three roll symmetrical layout. The upper roller is located at the center symmetrical position of the two lower rollers, and the vertical lifting motion is achieved through the transmission of a screw, a nut, and a worm. The two lower rollers are meshed with the lower roller gear through a reducer to perform rotational motion, providing the required torque for the sheet rolling process.

The drawback of this type of rolling machine is that the pre bending operation at the end of the sheet cannot be completed by the equipment itself, and other auxiliary equipment needs to be used for implementation.
(2) Mechanical three-roll asymmetric type
Structure and working principle:
Mechanical three-roll asymmetric type plate rolling machine adopts three-roll asymmetric structure layout. Among them, the upper roller assumes the main drive function. The lower roller has vertical lifting function, which is aimed at firmly clamping the plate to be processed, and the lower roller meshes with the upper roller gears through its gears, which together with the upper roller constitutes the main transmission system. The side rolls have an inclined lifting movement, which gives the machine the dual function of pre-bending the sheet and rolling a round shape.

2, Hydraulic
The core structure of hydraulic three-roller symmetric plate rolling machine is that the upper roller has the function of vertical lifting and lowering, and this lifting and lowering action is realized by the hydraulic transmission system. Specifically, the hydraulic oil in the hydraulic cylinder exerts force on the piston rod, driving the upper roller to complete the vertical displacement. The lower roller assumes the task of rotary drive and provides the necessary torque for the plate rolling process by means of the meshing transmission of the output gears of the speed reducer. The lower roll is equipped with adjustable rollers, which are used to support the plates and ensure the stability of the rolling process. In addition, the upper roll adopts a drum-shaped design, and this special shape can effectively improve the straightness of rolled products, which is especially suitable for the manufacturing of ultra-long sizes and tanks with various cross-sectional shapes.
