The replacement cycle of hydraulic oil for Hydraulic metal plate bending machines is usually after 2000 hours of operation of the new machine, and then every 4000-6000 hours of operation. The oil tank should be cleaned during each oil change. In addition, if the accumulated working hours of the machine exceed 10000 hours, it is recommended to shorten the replacement cycle to 1500 hours. When replacing hydraulic oil, the following points should be noted:

1. Check the oil level in the tank: Check the oil level in the tank every week, and also check it after hydraulic system maintenance. If the oil level is below the oil window, add hydraulic oil.

2. Control oil temperature: The system oil temperature should be between 35 ℃ and 60 ℃, and should not exceed 70 ℃. If it is too high, it will cause deterioration and damage to the hydraulic oil quality and accessories of the bending machine.

3. Filter replacement: The filter should be replaced or cleaned every time the oil is changed; The air filter on the fuel tank should be checked and cleaned every 3 months, and it is recommended to replace it once a year.

4. Clean hydraulic components: Clean hydraulic components monthly to prevent dirt from entering the system and avoid using cleaning agents.

5. Check the quality of the oil: The oil inside the bending machine should be tested every three months, and hydraulic oil that has deteriorated or been heavily contaminated should be replaced in a timely manner.
