1. Preparation work

3. Pressure adjustment

4. Angle verification and correction

After initial adjustment of position and pressure, conduct a test paper. A small piece of waste material with the same material and thickness as the actual production can be selected for the test paper. After rolling is completed, use a measuring tool to measure the angle of the cone being rolled.

Based on the measurement results, further adjustments are made to the position and pressure parameters of the hydraulic cone rolling machine. If the measured taper is larger than expected, it may be necessary to increase the downward pressure of the upper roller or adjust the pressure distribution. Otherwise, the opposite operation should be performed. This process may need to be repeated until the angle of the rolled cone meets the accurate requirements.
