1、 Preparation work
Understand whether the shearing machine is swing or brake type. Swing shearing machines usually have nitrogen return cylinders that require direct nitrogen filling; And the gate type may only require fluid replenishment through the operation button. Ensure that there is sufficient nitrogen in the nitrogen cylinder and that the valve of the nitrogen cylinder can be opened and closed normally. 2、 Connect the nitrogen cylinder to the shearing machine
Find the nitrogen return cylinder or nitrogen cylinder on the shearing machine, which is usually the location where nitrogen is filled. Connect the nitrogen cylinder to the nitrogen cylinder of the shearing machine using a high-pressure pipe. Ensure a secure connection and avoid air leakage. If the inflation tube is equipped with a pressure gauge, ensure that the pressure gauge can correctly display the nitrogen pressure. If not, a separate pressure gauge can be connected to monitor nitrogen pressure.
3、 Nitrogen filling
Slowly open the valve of the nitrogen cylinder and allow nitrogen to slowly flow into the nitrogen cylinder of the equipment. Adjust the nitrogen pressure to an appropriate range according to the requirements of the shearing machine. Generally speaking, the nitrogen pressure of a swing shearing machine is usually between 68 megapascals (MPa); A hydraulic shearing machine with separate charging may only require a pressure of 45 megapascals. During the nitrogen filling process, closely observe the changes in the pressure gauge to ensure that the nitrogen pressure is stable and reaches the desired value.
4、 End inflation and disconnect connection
When the nitrogen pressure reaches the desired value, first close the valve of the nitrogen cylinder and stop the flow of nitrogen. Use adjustable wrenches and other tools to disconnect the high-pressure pipe from the nitrogen cylinder and the shearing machine. Ensure that there is no air leakage at the connection point. Arrange the nitrogen cylinder, high-pressure pipe, adjustable wrench and other tools and put them back in their original positions.
5、 Precautions
During the nitrogen filling process, it is important to ensure the safety of the operators. Avoid injury caused by nitrogen leakage or excessive pressure. If you are not familiar with the structure of the shearing machine and the operation steps of nitrogen inflation, it is recommended to hire professional shearing machine maintenance personnel for operation.
