一、 Preparation before operation

2. Adjust parameters: Adjust the position and spacing of the upper, lower, and side rollers based on the thickness, width, and required bending radius of the sheet to be rolled.

二、 Pre treatment of sheet metal

三、 Rolling process

1. Clamping the board: Place the head of the board between the upper and lower rollers and clamp it tightly. Meanwhile, adjust the distance between the side roller and the upper roller as needed to bend the ends of the sheet metal.

2. Start the motor: Start the main motor to rotate the upper roller and transmit it to the lower roller and side roller through gears. At the same time, press the button to lower the upper roller and compress the sheet.

3. Adjust the rollers: During the rolling process, the position and spacing of the upper, lower, and side rollers should be adjusted in a timely manner according to the bending condition of the sheet to ensure that the sheet can be bent uniformly and continuously.

4. Multiple rolling: For cases where the joint is not round, it can be repeatedly rotated several times on a three roll plate rolling machine, while continuing to press down on the rolling machine rollers to ensure that both sides of the interface are flat. After welding is completed, perform rounding treatment.

四、 Precautions

1. Safe operation: During the operation process, safety operating procedures should be strictly followed, and it is strictly prohibited to place hands or feet on rollers, transmission components, and workpieces. At the same time, it is important to ensure that the workplace is clean and free from clutter that may interfere with operations.

2. Maintenance: Regularly maintain the three roll plate rolling machine, including cleaning the gears, bearings, and bearing seats, adding oil and lubrication, and checking the operation of components such as couplings, reducers, and motors.

3. Choose the appropriate sheet metal: Based on the specifications and performance of the rolling machine, select the appropriate sheet metal for rolling. Avoid using boards that exceed the equipment specifications to avoid damaging the equipment or affecting the rolling effect.
