Machine Introduction
This equipment is a hydraulic symmetrical cone three roll plate rolling machine, used for bending metal plates of a certain thickness into tapered parts at room temperature. Its working principle is rotational bending deformation. 3.1 Overview
This equipment mainly consists of an integral base, fixed side frame, work roll, main transmission device, upper roll lifting device, hydraulic pump station, electronic control system and other components.
The whole machine has a compact structure, reliable use, and easy maintenance. The up and down movement of the upper roller is executed by a hydraulic device, making it easy to operate and accurate to control.
The three working rolls of this machine are all active rolls. After being decelerated by the main motor through the reducer, the three rolls are rotated by the output. The curvature of the flat plate is formed by the three tangent points where the three rolls come into contact with the metal plate, and the required curvature radius of the curved or conical workpiece can be achieved by adjusting the pressing amount of the upper roll.
The straight edge section of the final product is ≤ 2.5 times the thickness of the board (multi pass molding)
4.2 Main components
(1) Integrated base: It is welded from steel sections and steel plates and processed to relieve stress, with good strength and rigidity. Easy to install and use, especially suitable for production requirements with strong fluidity, low requirements for foundation, and convenient relocation work. Beneficial for workers' operations. At the same time, install the frame, reducer, motor, etc. on it to form a whole.
(2) Work roll: It is an important component of the plate rolling machine, made of 45 # steel. The two end necks of the three work rolls are equipped with a new type of ultra wide large double row self-aligning roller series rolling mill bearing. The bearing is developed by Wazi/Ha Bearing Factory using international advanced technology and international advanced standards, filling the domestic gap with long service life, saving power consumption, improving the main transmission efficiency, and reducing the main transmission power. Due to the use of self-aligning roller bearings, it is beneficial for the upper roller to tilt.
(4) Main transmission device: composed of a main motor (non variable frequency, non adjustable speed) and a reducer. It can provide power for sheet metal rolling in both forward and reverse directions.
(6) Upper roller tilting device: When rolling conical workpieces, the tilting of the upper roller is controlled by two oil cylinders of the upper roller.
4、 Hydraulic system
The independent hydraulic pump station is composed of oil pump motor, hydraulic valve group, pipeline auxiliary components, etc. A high-pressure gear pump is driven by an oil pump motor through an internal toothed elastic coupling to output pressure oil. To ensure the cleanliness of the oil, an oil filter is installed at the oil pump port. The pressure oil from the oil pump first enters the pressure regulating system to adjust the pressure, and then passes through a channel block and a three position four-way reversing valve to the oil cylinder.
The production of the hydraulic pump station system strictly follows national and industry standards, and the layout is reasonable. Fully consider high efficiency and energy conservation, reduce waste, and minimize heat sources. The system is independent, and professional sealant is used at appropriate connection points to prevent leakage and facilitate maintenance and repair.
The hydraulic pump and hydraulic valve are both selected from well-known brand series, and the oil cylinder is a customized product produced by a professional hydraulic cylinder factory. The pipeline layout is simple, with minimal leakage and easy maintenance and debugging.
5、 Electric control system (manual control)
The electronic control system consists of an electrical control cabinet and a handheld control box. The control appliances of this machine are all installed in the distribution cabinet, making it easy to operate. The main circuit adopts three-phase 380V/50Hz AC power, with one motor driving one hydraulic pump station and equipped with short-circuit overheating protection. The main components are sourced from well-known domestic manufacturers. Strictly produced according to national standards, with reasonable structural layout and necessary safety protection measures.
