3, Application of hydraulic press
The Y41 series single column hydraulic press has great versatility and is suitable for forming metal and non-metal materials, such as sheet metal cutting, stretching, embossing, etc; Calibration of shaft components, pressing of parts, and pressing of powder products.
4. Machine structure form
The body is a rigid body with a C-shaped structure. The oil cylinder is located at the top of the body, and there is a worktable at the bottom. There is a feeding hole in the center of the worktable. The piston rod of the oil cylinder is connected to the square head, and the worktable has a T-shaped groove with the square head for installing molds. The power and control system of this machine is located inside the fuselage, with the oil cylinder located at the lower part, and the upper and lower limit positions and piston rod guidance located at the throat of the fuselage.

The hydraulic power and transmission control system mainly consists of pumps, electro-hydraulic valve blocks, filtration systems, pressure display systems, pipelines, etc. With the help of electrical system control, various actions of the hydraulic press are controlled. The hydraulic power system is generally placed inside the equipment.
◆ Hydraulic system
The hydraulic system adopts electro-hydraulic valve blocks, which have the characteristics of small volume, compact structure, low flow resistance, large flow rate, sensitive action, reliable operation, and good sealing performance. The oil cylinder pressure can be adjusted by a remote pressure regulating valve between 5MPa-25MPa.
◆ Filtering system
The hydraulic system is equipped with a low-pressure oil suction filter to maintain the cleanliness of the system and prevent dirt from entering the valve block and cylinder with the oil.
◆ Pipeline
The high-pressure pipeline of the hydraulic system is connected by butt welded pipes to prevent pipeline leakage, and the pipeline is treated with acid pickling and passivation.
◆Pressure display device
The main system pressure display of this machine adopts a pressure gauge display.

The electrical control system is divided into two parts: the power system and the control system.
