This hydraulic punch press is a utility model patented punch press developed and produced by our company through years of experience in punch press production and the introduction of advanced foreign technology. It replaces the traditional mechanical punch press, which relies on the inertia of the flywheel to provide rigid stamping through the rotation of the crankshaft, with flexible stamping provided by the hydraulic system, and effectively solves the problem of hydraulic rapid stamping technology, making it a true hydraulic punch press.

The piston head is equipped with YX type sealing rings in opposite directions, and an O-ring is installed on the piston rod. The cylinder is divided into two oil chambers, and a guide sleeve is installed on the cylinder. The outer circle of the guide sleeve is equipped with an O-ring, which is locked with flanges and bolts to ensure the sealing of the cylinder mouth. A dust ring is installed on the cylinder flange to ensure dust prevention of the piston rod.

八、 Hydraulic system

The hydraulic system adopts high flow plug-in valves, oil tank with oil level display, filter element and other devices. The fuel tank is a welded steel plate structure, and there are screw plugs at the bottom for draining and draining oil.
