3, Performance Introduction
The CNC hydraulic sheet metal bending machine is a machine tool jointly controlled by hydraulic, electrical, and CNC systems, used for overall bending and one-time forming of sheet metal. It uses simple molds to press metal sheets into desired geometric shapes and can be widely used in industries such as electrical appliances, electronics, metal structures, instruments, meters, daily hardware, and building decoration. Assemble different molds to process various workpieces.
4, Rack section
The rack is welded as a whole frame from left and right columns, fuel tanks, and other workpieces, and the workbench is securely connected to the lower part of the left and right columns.
5, Slide section
The slider part consists of a slider, an oil cylinder, and a mechanical stopper fine adjustment structure. The slider adopts an integral panel structure, and the left and right oil cylinders are fixed on the frame. The piston (rod) drives the slider to move up and down through hydraulic pressure.
The mechanical stopper is externally mounted on the top of the two oil cylinders, with a compact structure and synchronized adjustment on both sides. When the slider (upper mold) is uneven, stop the slider at the top dead center, disengage the coupling shaft sleeve of the synchronous transmission shaft on both sides of the mechanical stopper, rotate either side of the worm gear box on the upper part of the left and right oil cylinders (forward or reverse), then press the slider to the bottom dead center, measure and adjust (repeat the above operation) until the slider (upper mold) is of equal height on both sides, and finally position and install the coupling shaft sleeve.
6, Synchronization mechanism
The mechanical forced synchronization mechanism composed of torsion shaft and arm has a simple structure, stable and reliable performance, and high synchronization accuracy.
7, Cnc System: Equipped with e21 CNC system
CNC system function (Estun E21): Chinese LCD display, easy to operate. The rear material blocking device and oil cylinder angle adjustment can be pre-set and automatically operated through the CNC system. The rear material blocking and angle adjustment are controlled by the CNC system to drive the screw drive by the inverter driven motor, with one-way positioning function, which can effectively eliminate screw clearance and improve positioning accuracy. Equipped with power-off position memory function, it provides on-site protection for parameters, positions, and programs. 8, Rear material blocking mechanism
Directly input the positioning value of the oil cylinder stroke or positioning distance on the CNC panel, so that the motor drives the screw to make corresponding movements and automatically stops. And the distance moved is displayed by numbers, with a minimum reading of 0.01 millimeters. (There is a travel switch limit uniformly in the front and rear positions).
The top rod of the rear stopper can rotate around the axis to prevent damage to the workpiece during bending, making it easy, fast, and highly accurate to operate.
9, Bending workpiece accuracy compensation mechanism
The fine-tuning mechanism is located on the upper mold and is used for compensating and fine-tuning the upper and lower parts of the upper mold to ensure the accuracy of the bent workpiece. Sometimes, there may be slight deviations in the overall bending angle of the bent workpiece. In order to achieve better consistency in the bending angle, the mold fastening screws can be slightly loosened (note that the upper mold may fall off and damage the mold), the inclined wedge block can be moved left and right to perform fine adjustments on the upper mold, and then the screws can be tightened and the bending can be retested until satisfactory requirements are met.
10, Machine tool electrical system
The overview of the electrical control system of this machine is as follows:
Main power supply: 380V, 50Hz, three-phase, control power supply: 24V. The main circuit and each motor are equipped with automatic switches for short-circuit protection and overload protection. The control circuit adopts fuses for short-circuit protection. The main components of the machine are reliably grounded.
This machine has three working modes, which are selected by a universal switch for jog, single shot, and continuous operation. The machine operation is controlled by a foot switch, which is convenient and fast. 11,Machine tool hydraulic system
The hydraulic system consists of a motor, an oil pump, a valve group, an oil tank, oil pipes, and hydraulic accessories. The maximum working pressure of the hydraulic system is 20MPa, which is adjusted through the main circuit system valve. Haimen hydraulic valve is selected for the hydraulic valve, and all seals are made of Japanese Valka. The pipeline layout is simple, with minimal leakage and easy maintenance and debugging.
