4、 Rack section

The rack is welded into a whole frame by left and right columns, oil tanks, and other workpieces, and the workbench is securely connected to the lower part of the left and right columns.



5、 Slide section

The slider part consists of a slider, an oil cylinder, and a mechanical stopper fine adjustment structure. The slider adopts an integral panel structure, and the left and right oil cylinders are fixed on the frame. The piston (rod) drives the slider to move up and down through hydraulic pressure.



The mechanical stopper is externally mounted on the top of the two oil cylinders, with a compact structure and synchronized adjustment on both sides. When the slider (upper mold) is uneven, stop the slider at the top dead center, disengage the coupling shaft sleeve of the synchronous transmission shaft on both sides of the mechanical stopper, rotate either side of the worm gear box on the upper part of the left and right oil cylinders (forward or reverse), then press the slider to the bottom dead center, measure and adjust (repeat the above operation) until the slider (upper mold) is of equal height on both sides, and finally position and install the coupling shaft sleeve.

8、 Rear material blocking mechanism

The rear material is equipped with ball screws and linear guides, and the positioning number is directly input on the CNC panel

Value the stroke or positioning distance of the oil cylinder, so that the servo driver gives commands and the servo motor drives the screw to make corresponding movements, automatically stopping. And the distance moved is displayed by numbers, with a minimum reading of 0.01 millimeters. The material blocking crossbeam is equipped with double linear guide rails, which have high sliding accuracy and are not easily bent. The gear finger adopts manual lifting adjustment, and the top rod of the rear gear feeder can rotate around the axis to prevent damage to the workpiece during bending. The operation is convenient, fast, and the material blocking accuracy is high.



9、 Bending workpiece accuracy compensation mechanism

The fine-tuning mechanism is located on the upper mold and is used for compensating and fine-tuning the upper and lower parts of the mold to ensure the bending of the workpiece

Accuracy: Sometimes there may be slight deviations in the overall bending angle of the bent workpiece. In order to achieve better consistency in the bending angle, the mold fastening screws can be slightly loosened (note that the upper mold may fall off and damage the mold), the wedge block can be moved left and right to make fine adjustments to the upper mold, and then the screws can be tightened and bent again until satisfactory requirements are met.



10、 Machine tool electrical system
